JMC Cellars Fall Release Party: Chocolate and Wine Class

Classics never go out of style, espically when they are this good! JMC Cellars is partnering with Bluebirds Choclates to put on multiple sessions of a Choclate and Wine Pairing class on the 15th of November!

Classes will include three pairings of a taste of wine and a bonbon that will transport you to flavor paradise. Each class will be led by Jessica of JMC and Larissa of Bluebirds who will give more depth and background to why each chocolate is paired with each wine and how to recreate such sublime matches on your own. Each session will also include a Q&A section where you can ask anything you might be curious about from either Jess or Larissa.
