Plan to be here when JJ Beauvais makes his first appearance at Karen's Place on November 15. JJ writes, My motto, "Genuine Melodies,” serves as my constant reminder to always be open and honest about my life’s disappointments and challenges, as well as the incredible goodness of God over my life. I never want to create anything fabricated, insincere, fake or manufactured. Every level of my music is intentionally genuine, and reflects who I really am, without hiding the strange, quirky, revealing elements of who I truly am in Christ.
I grew up in a Christian home and it’s taken a lot to bring me back to this level of openness and honesty with myself and others.
