Competition mindset seminar! Join us for another fun and educational seminar hosted at AKF Lexington Martial arts but taught by Adam Gomez of the Georgetown Killer Bees.Though you do not need to compete, the study of competition Jiu Jitsu will help you be more ready in a true life self-defense situation. This seminar will help improve your mental and physical readiness.
Those wanting to compete will find very useful tips and valuable training opportunities in this seminar. Anyone is welcome, first timers and veterans alike are welcome to this seminar.
