IS THIS COURSE FOR ME?
Are you a beginner, over the age of 16, wanting to try Brazilian Jiu Jitsu / Grappling? If the answer is YES then look no further than our fundamentals classes!
These sessions are an introduction to fundamental techniques and tactics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a grappling style used worldwide as the base art for self defence and Mixed Martial Arts.
This course is the perfect way to try something new, or as a stepping stone to beginning your martial arts journey.
Our fundamentals program is designed for those new to grappling training. No previous experience, special uniform or protective equipment is required.
If you are interested in Jiu-Jitsu and ready to learn then book asap and come join us on the mats.

Adults only, 16+

- Payment must be made before first session to secure a place.
- Places are non-refundable, unless event cancelled by organisers, but can be transferred to future courses or academy membership if unable to attend.
