Through age appropriate games and movement based drills, kids begin learning the fundamental principles of jiu jitsu in a playful, supportive environment. These classes help develop early confidence, coordination, and body awareness, setting them up with skills they’ll carry for life.
We focus on building strong foundations - from listening and following instructions to showing respect and working with others, all while having a great time on the mats!
