Jits + HIITs = A high-intensity school holiday camp for active kids!Do you have an active kid who energy to burn and skills to learn? We’ve designed the perfect camp to help them tick all these boxes, all while having fun of course!
This is not your standard school holiday camp. We’ve mixed things up with a combination of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, and Speed + Agility training, all run by the best in the business right here on the Northern Beaches. Owners Jack Cox from the Northern Beaches Jiu-Jitsu Academy, Crystal and Rueben from Just Train and Justin Harper from Viking Athletics are ready to take your skills to the next level!
No experience is required for this camp. Just come along with lots of energy to burn and a great attitude.
Next Camp Details: Spring School Holidays
➡️ When: Monday, 30 September 2024
➡️ Time: 8.30am to 12pm
➡️ Where: James Morgan Reserve, Cromer
➡️ Who: Kids aged 5 to 14 (camp will be run in 3 age groups)
➡️ Cost: $60 per kid / $115 for two kids
In this 3.5 hour camp, you will learn:
🥋Jiu-Jitsu: Learn self defence skills for the school playground, how to wrestle safely, plus body awareness and mobility
💥 Boxing: Improve your fitness, balance, hand/eye coordination and agility
🏃♂️ Speed + Agility: Perfect your running technique for speed and efficiency, work on explosiveness and improve reaction times
