Ho, Ho, Ho, if you don't know now you know. This is the third annual Jingle in my jammies event. Get your best holiday pajamas or gym clothes. Get ready to cheer one another on, and have an amazing time together. Would you like to see how it feels to do a fitness exercise using nothing, but your body and a metal pole.
My class does not require heels, climbing a pole, spinning around or any experience. I create a space for a confidence building, laughter filled, sexy and silly class. This event is $30 (early bird deal) per person for a 2 hour event. After the first five, the event is $35 per person. You can't beat that with a spoonš„.
This event if for anyone between Great Grand parents and 17 year old Great Grand kids to come togetherāŗļø if you arenāt scared to shake a tail featheršŖ¶. (IDās must be produced and 17 years of age must be with a guardian)
May wear comfortable workout attire, holiday cute fun outfits, plaid, sexy, cool pajamas or anything that makes you feel good. You may want to layer, because it will be cold outside, but can get warm from all our activities inside together. Bring water and a towel as well if you wish.
