Come and enjoy a festive pop-up class led by Heidi (GetHeidiFit.com) at Dynasty Brewing Co. in Ashburn. Grab your holiday socks and besties and meet us at the barre!

You can expect a total body barre workout that is a fusion of ballet, pilates, and yoga with low impact cardio intervals AND a playlist mix of holiday & throwback hip-hop music that will make you forget how hard you are working ?

Bring a mat if you have one and a water bottle!

$15 online/$20 at the door. Snacks and beverages will be provided to help us hydrate and fuel our bodies!
