In this hands-on workshop you will give and receive treatment using Jinshin Tara - an energy medicine modality evolved from the ancient Japanese healing art of Jin Shin Jytsu.
You can do this workshop solo or in pairs.
You will leave with easily learnt techniques for deepening embodiment, integration, groundedness, and connection to self and others. You will learn treatments for shock, anxiety and depression, as well as other content which will emerge organically. If you have a yoga mat or blanket available please bring this as well as water to the workshop. No previous experience is necessary.
The techniques you learn in this workshop can be safely used to treat others—from children and pregnant women to family, friends and clients.
JinshinTARA is a component of the TARA Approach, a clinically tested fusion of ancient and modern wisdom designed for the resolution of trauma. Trauma is resolved through applied touch, and neuroscientific and psychological approaches. a process of trauma resolution. Through the resolution of trauma we enhance and recover our resources for living more fully and authentically. Through distinguishing the past from the present we can live a life in the sun which is not overshadowed by the shock and trauma so many of us are shaped by.
The TARA Approach incorporates JinshinTARA, Cranial, Pre-and peri-natal psychology, polyvagal and attachment theories, and The Rediscovery Experience—a gentle process for resolving traumatic and overwhelming experiences, which results in the formation of new neuronal pathways and subsequently new options for responding to the challenges of life.

I will also be running a weekend workshop on Self-Care - Trauma Resolution and Nervous System Resilience Sunday 7th and Sunday 15th August. https://fb.me/e/3xhIrlUYq
