Jimmy Eat Brisket is an Austin-based cover band that takes you back to the 2000s with their takes on emo, pop-punk, and those unforgettable hits. They cover a wide arrange of bands like Jimmy Eat World, Yellowcard, Paramore, Switchfoot, Fall Out Boy, Lifehouse, Simple Plan, Panic! At The Disco, The Killers, The Ataris, Blink-182, Weezer, Green Day, Nine Days, Hoobastank, Lit, Sum 41, Good Charlotte, Bowling for Soup, Fountains of Wayne, Sublime, and even the Backstreet Boys.
