For over 20 years, Jim Knight has researched instructional coaching and collaborated with over 150,000 instructional coaches. He has distilled his findings into Seven Success Factors crucial for coaches, coaching directors, and administrators to grasp and implement to create a robust coaching program. These factors are vital not just for effective coaching but also for the success of any change initiative. This workshop offers an overview of these seven factors.

Day 1 - Unwrapping the Definitive Guide to Instructional Coaching
Learn research-based coaching skills that can be used in professional practice immediately, discuss each strategy principle, tool, or idea with other coaches to gain multiple perspectives on the learning that is shared, and understand what needs to be in place for coaching to be effective.
Day 2 and 3 - The Impact Cycle
Learn a highly effective universal model for change that helps teachers figure out where they are and where they want to be by setting a powerful, student-focused goal, determining how they are going to get there, and making adaptations until the goal is met.
Day 4 - Gathering Data
In this workshop participants will be guided through several methods for gathering data and learn how to effectively analyze those data to identify goals and monitor progress.
Day 5 - Better Conversations
Identify and explore personal communication beliefs and habits, gain new communication habits that will have immediate positive impact on your ability to communicate at work and at home, and discover howe your communication beliefs transfer into habits that lead to an authentic life.
