Its almost Halloween! Prep for junk food week by burning a few extra calories with an Irish dance-based cardio workout! Ok, fine... maybe you won't be in the negative since the workout is followed by a tasty pint, but it sounded good. Class starts at 11 AM. Stick around for beer, food, conversation and an all around good time!
No experience necessary. Just wear comfortable clothes and a good pair of sneakers. Bring your water bottle (the swigs happen AFTER class). The workout is based on Irish dance movements but you do not need to already know how to do them. We teach the moves on the spot and make them modifiable so you can get the most out of your workout.
Class tickets are $25 per person and include your first drink.
