Jigs + Swigs® PGH - the party L.A.B. edition

Jigs & Swigs® introduces the fundamentals of Irish dancing in an inclusive, low pressure environment. Find the perfect balance of a challenging and enjoyable Zumba-like workout followed by a local craft brew. Jigs & Swigs® sessions are designed for anyone to enjoy! Classes begin with movement breakdowns and modifications are available throughout the session. Wear comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers and bring a water bottle! Your first beer from the brewery, included with your ticket.

Consider sticking around after class to grab lunch at the brewery too!
