Join us for a morning of creating your own unique jewelry. You’ll learn the basics of jewelry making including how to use different tools and materials and how to create different types of jewelry such as necklaces bracelets earrings and rings.

All materials will be provided so just bring yourself and your creativity. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro you’re sure to have a blast!

Class size s limited to 4 so there is ample 1 on 1 instruction. ALL skill levels are invited to class. Though the class is geared towards adults mature teens and pre-teens are welcome to join as well.

Class offered every Monday at 6pm. Class will be taught at The Local Artisan Collective located in downtown Ogden just a little south of the Megaplex at 2371 Kiesel Ave Ogden. Private classes and parties are also available. Class is also taught Wednesdays from 10am-12noon.

Class is taught by Rene Venegas a 16th generation master silversmith. He was taught as a youth by his father and later took specialized classes. In addition to classes taught at The Local Artisan Collective he teaches jewelry making and metal smithing at Weber State University.

Class is $40/per each 2-hour class. Punch passes are also available: 3 classes for $100. You can pay for the class in person at the store or on our website below. Metal and stones are extra and can be brought from home or bought at the store at the time of class.
