In this fun introduction to Jewellery Making, we'll use only a handful of traditional jeweller's tools to see how easily you can make a timeless piece of jewellery.
In this small workshop you will be guided by Abi of RockRoseJewellery in making:
1. A slim or wide bracelet cuff, in either Aluminum, Brass or Copper.
2. A Domed Pendant using Copper and Brass with a secret Sterling Silver tag hidden inside!
You can use a large range of metal stamps to personalise your jewellery with symbols & letters or you can apply a textured finish to your pieces to create a classic design.
By using 3 different metals in this workshop you will be able to see how each metal behaves differently. You will learn the pros & cons of working with them and the places you can purchase tools & materials if you wish to continue your creative journey.
This class is suitable for adults and children over the age of 11.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
