On Sunday, January 11 at 10:00AM, W Miami’s January Reset Month partners with JETSET Pilates for an energizing mat pilates class in the hotel’s Great Room located on the 15th floor. This guided session encourages guests to focus on precision, flow, and a personalized approach to full-body conditioning.
The class features JETSET Pilates’ signature choreography paired with curated playlists, creating an immersive experience that balances strength, flexibility, and endurance in a comfortable, relaxing setting.
Open to hotel guests and locals of all fitness levels. Space is limited and advance registration is encouraged. Don’t forget to bring your mat, towel, and water bottle.
