Jesus Christ Taxi Driver

Somewhere between the violent rock and roll of Jon Spencer, the sophisticated rhythms of Ali Farka Toure, and the religious disorientation of Jean Meslier, Jesus Christ Taxi Driver makes joyfully irreverent noise. Taking aim at daily banal agonies, and existential uncertainty, the moods shift from meditative to unhinged. The music takes risks.

Formed in 2022 on Colorado’s front range, they’ve been bringing their wildly disruptive live shows to venues across the mountain west at an incredible pace. Keep an eye on their schedule to see where they are playing near you, and for their debut LP “Lick My Soul”.

Barbara
If you want to tap into the rising Colorado music scene, look no further than Barbara. From shoegaze to gritty psychedelia, Barbara remains wobbly and dreamy at their core. The band’s sound has been described as “Kurt Cobain but pretty,” “music to feel things to,” and “sonically unusual."

UR Mom

We love UR Mom! Really. They traveled all the way from Chicago to perform at Boulder Roots Music Fest on the big outdoor stage and now they're back. Ur Mom is a rock quartet from the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. Blending their wide range of influences: folk, funk, rock, and the blues, they’ve created a fresh, high-energy sound. The group is thrilled to announce that they'll be releasing their debut album at the end of the summer. Titled “Shrinks for Suburbanites”, the album offers a wry yet heartfelt look on the so-called struggles of suburban life. Performing on the stages of Summerfest, Ravinia, Carolina Indie Fest, Winnetka Music Fest, and more, the band is quickly making a name for themselves. Whether in the studio or onstage, Ur Mom is here to make you feel something—and make you move.
