CELEBRATING WOMEN’S MUSIC FOR THE FLUTE FAMILY
Jessica Pelltier, teaching associate in CCU’s Department of Music, presents a recital showcasing the full range of the flute family: piccolo, flute, alto, and bass flute. The program features works by Valerie Coleman, Amanda Harberg, Nicole Chamberlain, and other contemporary women composers. The recital explores diverse voices and vibrant soundscapes, highlighting the creativity and expressive power of music and those who compose it.
