Grammy-nominated artist Jessica Harp returns to the stage in her hometown of Kansas City on November 1 at recordBar. After taking some time off to focus on songwriting and family, she is back, this time with a band of Kansas City players. Look forward to songs spanning her career along with new material.Jessica has been playing, singing and writing since childhood. Her passion for performing and recording inevitably led her to Nashville. There she continued writing songs and eventually formed The Wreckers with Michelle Branch. The duo’s flawless harmonies and their blend of pop and country made them an instant success. The debut single, “Leave the Pieces” from their album Stand Still Look Pretty went to #1 on the Billboard Country Charts. After the Wreckers were put on hold, Harp released her debut solo album, A Woman Needs, which features appearances by Vince Gill and Keith Urban.
