Butchery Demonstrations: You will have the opportunity to watch a butchery demonstration from our Master Butcher and talk to our butchers about the best way to prep and cook your Christmas meat.
Mini Masterclasses: Learn from the experts how to perfectly carve your turkey, try your hand at tying a butcher’s knot, boning out a chicken and more!
Cookery Masterclass: Learn how to cook the perfect Christmas dinner; discover how to prep and cook the perfect turkey and a range of other meat joints, a selection of wonderful side dishes, gravies and more. Learn how to make the most of the meat and get some inspiration on what to do with leftovers!
Cheese & Wine Tasting: We will be running a cheese and wine tasting for you to sample our artisan cheese and local wines, find the perfect pairings for your Christmas cheese board. Poulton Hill Vineyard and Brinkworth Dairy will be joining us to offer expert advice on cheese and wine pairings, talk about their products and offer delicious tasters!
Product Tastings: Enjoy tasters of our festive product range, sample our free-range bronze turkey, dry-aged native breed beef, festive pork pies and more!
Meet the Suppliers: A selection of our local suppliers will be joining us for the evening, offering product tastings and talking about their products, provenance and more. This will include Poulton Hill Vineyard, Brinkworth Dairy, Copper Lion Distillery, Tracklements and Bistro Chef.
Bar: Cotswold Lakes Brew Co. will be running a bar throughout the evening, featuring their locally produced drinks.
Late Night Shopping: We will be offering exclusive late-night shopping, and we will also be taking Christmas orders, we will be on hand to answer any questions regarding Christmas orders and offer expert advice.
