Billy Trainor, who was raised in Jersey Village, operates a modern hydroponic farm,specializing in gorgeous leafy greens, lettuces, microgreens, and culinary herbs.
In addition, the market also features a fresh selection of pasture raised organic eggs, artisan coffee, cold pressed juices, unfiltered locally harvested raw honey, pasture raised poultry, grass fed beef, tamales, prepared salads-meals, and talented handmade crafts.
