Jerry, at the Beach is an indie rock band hailing from the Pine Barrens of New Jersey. The duo, Ethan Flynn on drums and Josh Russell on guitar and vocals, when not spending their time in the NJ wilderness, are creating rock music catering to the idealistic 21 year old. Their ambient and vivid sound has grabbed the attention of music bloggers across the country, who describe their sound as “sad breakdown music infused with good nature humor.” Jerry, at the Beach make the crowd move like no other, and their music with notes of punk and hard rock hit the spot in a crowded venue. The Beatles, Death Cab for Cutie and Hop Along are some of their biggest inspirations, and the duo pride themselves on being loud, fun, and fast.
