Do you need a space to slow down, nourish yourself, and re-prioritise your health? We got your back! Join us at Mariholtet on March 12th, at 17:00, for a slow down evening of sauna, food, community and getting to know how your body and hormones work!
Johanna will share empowering insights that will help you feel more balanced and in tune with yourself. Be inspired by the beauty of the forest and the company of other women.
THE EVENINGS PROGRAM
Imagine yourself taking a walk deep into the forest and unwinding in a serene forest-view sauna hosted by Oslo Badstuforening, letting the warmth melt away your stress as you connect with a
supportive community of amazing women.
After the sauna, indulging in some homemade, delicious
food and drinks courtesy of Mariholtet. We close the evening diving into an empowering discussion about hormonal health by Johanna Lee Rivera.
Johanna is a holistic women's health educator, focusing on hormonal health and the life cycles of menstruation, childbirth, postpartum, and menopause in women. After the talk you will
feel inspired to think about your hormones in a whole new way and get your whole physiology back in balance.
