To Kick-off 2025 let’s get back to the basics and prioritize our health! For anyone interested in joining Jen and Ryan for the 'January Jumpstart', we are offering weekly community support and accountability through a WhatsApp Group, along with a tracker sheet for all participants.
Who can join? Anyone who considers themselves part of the Jenstar Community- whether you come 1x a week or are a die-hard member. New friends welcome:)
JMS JANUARY JUMPSTART: 31 Days of Living Well
Jumpstart Commitment:
1) Move for at least 30 minutes a day (minimum 6 days per week). Any and all Jenstar Movement Studio classes count. In addition: walking, jogging, bike, any at home workouts etc.
2) Cut out all processed sugar (ie: cookies, chips, soda, candy, etc.)
3) Drink half your body weight in ounces of water each day.
4) Be in bed for at least 7 hours each night device free (ie: turn off all phones, tablets, TVs during this time)
5) No alcohol.
**BONUS**: Make protein a priority each meal. Aim for .8 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight each day.
