About this Event

Join the author and friends for a celebration and reading in honor of So Much of Everything by Jenn Koiter.

"In this utterly gorgeous debut collection, Jennifer Koiter has arrived as a poet whose voice is only matched by her remarkable intelligence." - David Keplinger, author of The World to Come

Jenn Koiter is the 2021 winner of Day Eight's DC Poet Project, an open to all poetry competition designed to support exceptional poets. Her debut collection, So Much of Everything, follows the author on international travels, through literary friendships, and within the course of personal tragedy. Originally from Colorado Springs, Koiter has lived in Chicago, Wyoming, Los Angeles, New Delhi, Austin, and now, Washington, D.C.

DETAILS FOR ATTENDEES

This is a live and in person event occurring in the club space at The Gantry, a new residential development located in the Union Market area of Washington, D.C. The space includes a small fully indoor space, and a connected large covered outdoor space above street level. During the middle of the event Jenn and friends will read their poetry in the outdoor area. Space is limited and pre-registration is required to attend. Two ticket types are available: gold/vip tickets including signed copy of the book, and free attendee tickets.

Masks must be worn by all when inside, and vaccination status will be checked and confirmed at the door. All attendees must provide proof of vaccination status.

Several modes of public transportation are close to the building, and three hours of free parking are available at the apartment building next door (which houses a Trader Joes.)
