Are you looking for creative ways to use up those Jelly Rolls? In this 2 part class, you will learn a fun way to play with your 2 ½ inch strips and 1 background fabric. Part 1 is creating a partial jelly roll tube that will be converted into half square triangles. Homework between classes will be to complete your tubes, then square your half square triangle blocks. Part 2 will be playing with layout variations to create your own unique project. 1 Jelly Roll will make a throw size quilt (50ish x 60ish) and 2 Jelly Rolls will make a full size. Supplies: 1-2 Jelly Rolls with 40 strips in them; 3 yards of background (more will be needed if you want to make a larger project; basic sewing kit, sewing machine and thread.
