Saturday the 31st >> IN-HOUSE Judo Tournament for Jefferson Judo dojo students. We put in so much hard work to get the dojo ready for the clinic (that got cancelled) and we still want our students to reap the benefits of all the set up! - Event starts at 9am with the first match(es) at 10am.
- ALL students are strongly encouraged to attend.
- We'll do weigh-ins. Divisions and bracketing will be based on weight, rank and age.
- We'll have scoreboards up and running along with the audio system just like a big tournament!
- Bring your gi, a small snack and your water bottle.
- This will be a great first tournament experience for many of our students!
- We're also looking for volunteers, parents and guardians to help with a few tasks to make sure it runs as smoothly as possible, please! We'll teach you how to run the scoreboards and wrangle the athletes. Don't worry, it's not as intimidating as it may sound and we'll make sure you don't miss any matches that are important to you.
