⚠️ We cannot control winter weather. For the safety of our members, we will not convoy in severe weather conditions. The tubing event itself will still take place.

🎿 Snow Tubing at Snow Trails
We’ve done this the last two years and had a blast! Tubing glows at night, just like the photos.

⚠️ Important Information
• There are no discounts for children
• Children must have a waiver signed by a legal guardian obtained at the venue
• No refunds, but reservations can be changed with 24 hours’ notice
• Children must be able to ride in their own tube
🚫 No tandem or double riders allowed
• There is a conveyor belt to take you up the hill
👀 Not tubing?
You’re welcome to watch from the bottom of the hill (free). There is:
• A snack bar
• A fire pit
• Additional food options on the property

In previous years we met for lunch or dinner. We will not be doing a group meal this year.

• GMRS radio (for convoy communication)
• Ski goggles or safety glasses
• Yellow lenses are recommended for night visibility
• Bread bags (to keep your socks dry!)
