Trinidadian born, Jean Paul’s comedic style is the perfect blend of laidback Caribbean vibes and vibrant Toronto energy. His international comedy appeal has allowed him to perform extensively across Canada, the U.S., the Caribbean, Israel, South Africa and the U.K.
No stranger to the festival circuit, Jean Paul has performed at Montreal’s Just For Laughs Festival, Toronto’s JFL42, and the Halifax and Winnipeg Comedy Festivals. In addition to his award-nominated television writing credits, Jean Paul has also made his mark on TV with appearances on The Comedy Network, CBC, CTV Comedy and Kevin Hart’s LOL Network. He is currently the regular on air correspondent for CityTV’s award winning Breakfast Television.
KEESHA BROWNIE
Keesha Brownie is a dynamic, multi-faceted comedian and Second City alumna who blends her theatrical background with observations on her Jamaican-Canadian heritage. A Canadian Comedy Award nominee, she has performed globally and opened for Adam Sandler, earning acclaim for her high-energy sets that feature parody songs and sharp act-outs. Beyond the stage, she is a prolific producer and entrepreneur, recently releasing her debut comedy album, Ingredients of a Brownie.
GEE GETHIGA
Gee Gethiga is a rising star in Canadian comedy who combines wild observations with raw crowd work to create a uniquely organic experience. He won the 2024 Essence and Culture Entertainer of the year award. He headlines clubs across the country and was selected for The Sorry Comedy Festival as well as The Danforth Comedy Festival. He has shared the stage with Tom Green, Rachel Feinstein, Usama Siddiquee and Ben Bankas.
