About this Event
Please join us in welcoming Jean "Boomer" Grenier with his debut paranormal title DRUMMING UP THE DEAD.
DRUMMING UP THE DEAD is collection of truly compelling, haunting and paranormal stories from childhood to present day written by drummer Jéan Boomer Grenier. A look into the afterlife consisting of spine-chilling horror, the unexplained and validation that there is something after this life as we know it. Jéan Boomer Grenier shares his personal experiences and takes you deep into various aspects of paranormal hauntings, poltergeists, premonitions and unexplainable happenings that he has witnessed first hand.
Mystery, bewilderment and the longing to know what comes after this lifetime has always been a question of intrigue. These stories will keep you on the edge of your seat. They provide you with potential answers to the afterlife questions and, at times, leave you wanting more questions answered as to how can that be possible. Those that have an interest in the paranormal spirit world or that have experienced ghostly and unexplained occurrences will connect with these stories, leaving hairs standing on end.
Jéan Boomer Grenier has been a musician since the age of nine years old. Music became a passion and drums became his musical voice. Later learning to play guitar and bass guitar, Jéan began writing and recording his own songs and music. He has been a touring musician with many bands over the past forty-one years, playing on stages both nationally and internationally. He has performed on many worldwide album releases and continues to release new music and perform to this day.
He is still currently with the bands, BOTTOMS UP & WILDSIDE (The Hard Rock 80's Tribute).
Writing this book also became a passion. There seems to be a need for validation, closure and acceptance for personal loss and of the unexplained that can manifest in all our lives. While some of these experiences for Jéan were shocking, scary and unsettling, there is also validation and closure of what he knows to be true through his eyes.
Jéan enjoys spending time with his family, his fur kids and friends. When not performing, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, kayaking, camping and traveling with his wife. These are among his favorite hobbies and pastimes.
