JBG Endura 101 invites members of all Kolkata Running Groups & Training Squads for a Group Run. This is an On Ground Event, not a Virtual Activity.
· Group Run Date- Sunday, 14th July’ 2024
· Start / Finish Venue – Decathlon, Salt Lake, Sec 5
· Distances – 5km / 10km
· Reporting time – 5.00am
· Start time – 5.30 am (both categories)
Participants get –
- Timed BIBs
- Race Day timings via SMS from Timekeeper
- Warm-up & cool down
- Route Hydration (Water & Electrolyte from Food Strong)
- Volunteer support on the route from Run & Fun Group
- Post Race Refreshments from Decathlon
Participation fees – Rs. 101/ - inclusive of all taxes.
Process of participation & collecting bibs–
· The registration link will be sent to all Run Group Admins
· The last date to register for the JBG Endura 101 Group Run will be Saturday, 6th July’ 2024 (midnight)
BIB collection for Groups –
· On 10th & 11th July’ 2024 – Admins of individual groups will be requested to visit Decathlon Salt Lake and collect all registered bibs of their groups. Collection Timings (between 2pm to 8pm)
· Over the next 2-3 days leading the event day (11th, 12th & 13th July) Admins can distribute the bibs to their members
BIB Collection for Individual / Solo runners –
· Individual or Solo participants who are not part of any running group but have registered will have to visit Decathlon and collect his/ her bibs – 10th & 11th July 2024 (between 2pm to 8pm)
