We are super excited to be hosting the incredible Jazzy K at K pole this coming July for 3 incredible workshops.Jazzy has been teaching since 2010 and has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience along the way.
Some of her Incredible career highlights include:
* PSO Head judge for Europe since 2017
* Master XPERT trainer pole fitness (Europe)
* Has taught all over the World including Europe, UK, Australia, USA and Hong Kong
* Holds many many competition titles including:
- 1st Place pole theatre Iceland Classique Pro 2019
- 1st Place professional flow and overall competition winner Exotic Generation UK 2022
- 3rd Place Exotic Moon 2023 stars category
Workshop 1
MELT - Heels and Flow Transitions
10.30am (90 minutes)
In this workshop you will learn combos and transitions without learning a choreo. This means that you cab focus on your technique and connection of more challenging movements whilst having the freedom to move as slow or fast as you want.
Jazzy will show you her ways whilst also encouraging you to find your own style.
Level: Beginner/intermediate - if you are fairly new to heels, thi workshop will be great for you

Workshop 2
BADASS SLAYOGRAPHY (Choreography workshop)
12.15pm (90 minutes)
Learn a sexy, sassy, and upbeat routine with elements on the floor, spins and dance movement.
In this workshop, fluid movements, transitions between standing and floor, and especially the feeling to be sexy and a bad ass are the main topic.
Learn a choreography in Jazzy's style and light the room on fire!
Level: Intermediate/Advanced

Workshop 3
HEELS DYNAMICS
2pm (90 minutes)
Trick it like it's hot!
In this workshop you will learn low flow tricks and moves in heels that you can incorporate into your choreographies!
Next to being a bad ass moving through these tricks, you will also learn how to enter and exit them with flow.
Jazzy will give you many variations to find your own style and make the movements yours.
Level: Intermediate
Requirements: Plateau high heels (Eg Pleaser/Hella)

Shorts (No Leggings)
individual workshops £50 or book 2 for £90 or all 3 for £135
