We thought it would be fun to do a Yin Yoga class in our pajamas.. just jamming out to low key instrumental holiday music. Yin yoga, if you aren't familiar, is all done on the floor. We will be holding a variety of stretches for about 3-5 minutes. There is no standing in the class so it is truly accessible to everyone. :) If you love holiday music and stretchy yoga and pajamas, this is your class! Maybe it will be our new holiday tradition. You can use your package if you already have one, or you can purchase a drop in. Class is limited to 20 ppl.
