JAZZANOVA is a producer and deejay collective, based in Munich, Germany. The mid 90s marked the heydays of electronic music. House was conquering the world from Paris. Bigbeat was huge in the UK. And the solid techno scenery was based in Berlin. And yet, there was a fresh sound coming from Munich (Compost Records) and Vienna (G-Stone). JAZZANOVA and KRUDER & DORFMEISTER were groundbraking blending latin jazz with house, bossa nova with drum and bass, and everything else funky. This nu jazz, or fusion gained worldwide succes and changed the dance music scenery for good, and for the better!
