Jazz90.1 is pleased to present a Smooth Saxy Holiday Bash to benefit the station, rounding out our 50th anniversary year.The holiday concert will take place on Friday December 13 at 7 p.m. at Greece Olympia School. The evening will feature Rochester Music Hall of Fame inductee and saxophonist Bill Tiberio, Grammy nominated and award-winning saxophonist Jimmie Highsmith Jr., plus Bakari Smith – an exciting young singer and saxophonist.
It’ll be a night of amazing smooth jazz with a twist of Christmas music.
These three will be backed by a powerhouse band of some of the areas finest musicians.
Tickets are $25.00 each (general admission seating,) and $35.00 each (reserved front row seating,) and will go on sale on September 9.
