Featuring some of the best musicians from around the Seattle area, Chicago Transit Experience (www.chicagotransitexperience.com) skillfully recreates Chicago’s unique blend of rock, jazz, R&B and classical with powerful vocal harmonies and a dynamic horn section. Playing all the classic hits along with many fan favorites, they are dedicated to recreating the iconic sound of Chicago. From the acclaimed 1969 CTA debut album, through the hits of the 70’s, to the ballads of the 80’s, The Chicago Transit Experience delivers the very best of Chicago’s music. The band consists of Jeff Heiser, founder and leader on lead guitar and vocals, Arny Bailey on rhythm guitar, vocals and percussion, Tristin Heiser on vocals and percussion, David Joyner on keyboards, Alexey Nikolaev on tenor sax, Greg Schroeder on trombone, Greg Lyons on trumpet, Emmanuel Del Casal on bass, Dave Austin on drums and Jared Connelie and Brett Caughie on sound and lighting. Don’t miss an exceptional evening of music in the beautiful confines of Marine View.
