We are starting something new this Summer! A Jazz in the Park Concert! This Concert will feature Dawson Redenius Septet and the Fort Atkinson High School Summer Jazz Band! It will be held at the Barrie Park Band Shell.
This one day event takes place on June 28th at 7pm. Mark your calendars!!
Dawson, a former alumni of Fort Atkinson High School, has held a very successful career in music. He has even toured with Grammy Award Winning artist Lori Line!! Read more about him below!

The Dawson Redenius Septet is composed of musicians based out of the Twin Cities and Eau Claire embodying diverse musical influences and representing multiple generations.
Formed in 2024, the Dawson Redenius Septet has proudly performed at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire for its debut show, "Echoes of Crescent City: Early Pioneers of Jazz," as well as the 2024 Eau Claire Jazz Festival. Known for their dynamic improvisation and tight arrangements, the septet fuses traditional elements of folk, blues, swing, bebop, and rhythmic dance that create a uniquely American sound. Each member contributes a unique singular personality and musical artistry, blending together to create one delicious slice of spirit.
Led by nationally touring trumpeter Dawson Redenius, the septet will feature Minneapolis tap dancer Ashley Gonzalez and Las Vegas vocalist Hannah Durham alongside:
