Jazz in June concerts take place every Tuesday evening during the month of June at the UNL Sheldon Sculpture Garden. The free, family-friendly concert series will feature two sets of music from 7-7:45 p.m. and 8-8:45 p.m., with a 15-minute intermission.June 4th Artist- Big Wade & Black Swan Theory

Frontman Lewade “Big Wade” Milliner is recognized as one of the pioneers of Nebraska’s soul music scene. His Omaha-based group consists of musicians who have accompanied countless major chart-topping artists and are credited on songs with billions of streams from all over the world. As the group says, “If you feel the groove, don’t be afraid to move.”
Food vendors will be on-site starting at 5pm. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs. Jazz in June performances are free and open to the public, though donations are encouraged at the event or ahead of time online. Alcohol and/or dogs are not permitted.
