Join us for an evening of soulful jazz music supporting Ukraine at All Saints Hove.Stand for Ukraine is proud to partner with the Ukraine Solidarity Jazz Band and raise money for evacuation vehicles that are badly needed in the Kharkiv region of Ukraine.
Programme:
17:00 - Doors open, access to the Ukrainian exhibitions and foodcourt
18:00 - Performance - jazz standards and some original compositions

About the artists
Claire Martin, OBE, Has had worldwide critical acclaim, gaining many awards, including winning the British Jazz Awards eight times during her career, which spans over three decades. In 2018 she was the proud recipient of the BASCA Gold Badge Award for her contribution to jazz.
Ukraine Solidarity Jazz Band was formed in January 2023 by jazz musicians in Berkshire and Oxfordshire. Since then, the band has held several concerts around the UK, including Sheffield and Reading.
The main aims are to stand with and support the Ukrainian people, to fundraise for Ukraine-related projects, to help people stay connected and feel included during difficult times, and to bring a message of love and celebrate camaraderie between the British and Ukrainian people through music.
