Jazz Fest Asana At The Tree Of Chimes City Park With Swan Michelle

In celebration of healing sound, vibration, music, Jazz Fest, and the history of New Orleans, join Swan Michelle, Founder of Swan River Yoga in Mid-City, for an outdoor yoga class at the park.

YOGA STYLE:

This is an Open level, dynamic flow based yoga class filled with love. Enjoy warmth, positivity and community oriented play, an overall invigorating and well balanced class for the health of the body, creativity, challenge and therapeutically benefited movements linked by breath and loving awareness. This class will close with relaxation, breath and/or meditation.

Often, many musicians at Jazz Fest are doing sound checks that can be heard from the oark, yet if not, either way, we will highlight music and the chimes as a part of this class.

We will offer peak poses, modifications, and awareness to varying levels, along with the joy, music and celebration of nature in our surroundings.

The Singing Oak in New Orleans, Louisiana is located at1701 Wisner Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124. It's in City Park, across the street from the New Orleans Museum of Art.
