Join NYC Parks for a jazz concert featuring Kahlil Kwame Bell! Percussionist, composer, bandleader and producer Kahlil Kwame Bell has been active in the music industry from jazz to rock to hip hop; from European classical to world music; from spirituals to spoken word. His extensive career spans collaborations with Abbey Lincoln, Roberta Flack, Erykah Badu, The Artist formerly known as Prince, Luther Vandross, Ashford & Simpson, James Carter, Bradford Hayes, Don Braden and Stefon Harris. He has toured worldwide and appeared on over 150 CDs, including eight of his own.
