Jazz age music themed afternoon tea

As part of the Summer Series with live jazz at Merton Abbey Mills, Willow Bough have created a fun jazz-age music themed afternoon tea for you to enjoy either in our tea room or by the bandstand*

Enjoy finger sandwiches (traditional or vegetarian), handmade scones with jam and clotted cream, cupcakes, lemon drizzle, and handmade iced biscuits all served on vintage china tea sets with unlimited pots of tea**. Afternoon tea with prosecco is avialble in collaboration with our neighbour The Belgian Brasserie.

Merton Abbey Mills is a corner of south west London with a fascinating history and connection to arts and crafts. Sitting on the River Wandle, once London’s hardest working river, Merton Abbey Mills was once home to Liberty’s Print Works, with William Morris’s textile and design company based just a short walk up the river (now Colliers Wood High Street). Today Merton Abbey Mills is full of creatives and independent businesses
