Jednom prilikom je izglasan za „najlepšeg čoveka na svetu“. Nijednom prilikom do sada ga nismo uživo videli u Beogradu, ali će se ona pružiti 11. marta 2025. kada će JAY-JAY JOHANSON nastupiti u Dorćol Platzu, u organizaciji koncertne agencije Odličan Hrčak Kontakt konferencije, showcase-a i festivala.
Švedski umetnik Jay-Jay Johanson, rođen u Trollhattan-u 11. oktobra 1968. Počeo je da komponuje već kao tinejdžer, ali tek 1996. se ohrabrio da objavi debitantski album „Vhiskei”. Momentalni uspeh albuma, koji karakterišu jazzy vokal Jay Jay-a upakovan u trip-hop i obogaćen film-noar aranžmanima, doveo je Johansona u širok krug interesovanja publike okrnute ART pristupu muzici i nastupima. Skoro 30 godina kasnije Jay-Jay Johanson je i dalje aktivan. Posle underground hitova "So Tell the Girl that I'm Back inTovn", "Believe In Us", "On the Radio” i „Heard Somebodi Vhistle”, zapaženih mainstream saradnji sa Cocteau Twins i The Knife, Jay-Jay je na novoj misiji - promovisanja aktuelnog, 14. albuma "Fetish”, koji ga je poslao na novi put svetom, a u okviru planetarne turneje stiže i u Beograd.

Once voted ”the most beautiful man in the world”, Swedish artist Jay-Jay Johanson, born in Trollhättan October 11 1968, started composing already as a teenager, but it wasn’t until August 1996 the debut album ”Whiskey” was released. An album recorded at Break My Heart Studio in the Stockholm archipelago. The instant success of the album, characterized by its jazzy vocals over trip hop beats, supported by film noir arrangements, took Jay-Jay out on his first of many world tours. Almost 30 years later, after having underground hits like “So Tell the Girl that I Am Back inTown”, “Believe In Us”, “On the Radio” and “Heard Somebody Whistle”, collaborating with Cocteau Twins and The Knife, Jay-Jay is still as active as ever, and has just released his 14th album “FETISH” and a new tour around the world has begun.
Jay-Jay has never visited Belgrade / Serbia before, but there is first time for everything! Thanks to Odlican Hrcak concert agency and Kontakt conference, showcase and festival, JAY-JAY JOHANSON is bringing his show to Dorcol Platz, March 11, 2025.
