Their cheeses show us how important American raw milk is, their animals spend every day at the spa -er- working hard, and their cellars are simply cheese castles! Jasper Hill puts effort into being your introduction to domestic artisanal cheeses with both a friendly face and a tasty palette. Taste through a menu of their cheeses paired alongside regional wines and pairings, meet the people behind the operation, and put to rest any belief you have that being a cheesemaker isn’t one of the most bada** ways to spend your time.
All class tickets include drink, cheese, and pairing flights, an interactive and engaging education, and discount to shop after the class. Please let us know about any allergies at ticket purchase so we can make the proper accommodations.
