Start your Saturday right with our Meet the Maker: Hellyers Road Distillery from 3–6 pm. Come and chat with the distillers behind one of Tasmania’s most awarded whisky brands, while enjoying a line-up of North-inspired cocktails crafted with Hellyers’ finest spirits. As part of North by Night, this event celebrates the best of our region’s produce, hospitality and food culture.
No tickets needed – just wander in, grab a drink, and soak it up. (Bookings recommended if you’d like to secure a table.)
