Welcome to Jasmine's Self Love Journaling at Spa Castle: Write Your Way To Healing! Join us at Spa Castle New York for a day of self-care and reflection. This in-person event will guide you through journaling exercises to help you connect with yourself on a deeper level. Take this opportunity to prioritize your mental and emotional well-being in a relaxing spa environment. Let's write our way to healing together!

What's special about this workshop is that we'll be featuring tarot cards, meditation exercises, and even chanting to enhance the peaceful vibe within the beautiful skyroom penthouse at Spa Castle. For this reason, it's strongly recommended that you bring your bathing suits in case you choose to use the amenities after the workshop.

IMPORTANT: This ticket includes 30% off your spa day entry, but it is still a separate admission fee. However, with the spa staying open until 10 PM, it is strongly recommended that you take advantage of the whole day, utilizing their pools, saunas, and steam rooms. Enjoy!

Info: After shuffling a beautiful Tarot deck, I will select a few cards for a general class reading. It's to receive divine messages and set the intention of the workshop.

Mantra Meditation & Trataka Candle Gazing

Info: Together in unison, we'll practice some breathing exercises followed by a mantra chant to enhance positive vibes. Afterwards, we'll gaze into a tea light candle for focus, relaxation, and mental clarity.

Self-Love Journaling Begins

Info: Whether you bring your own journal or use the workbooks I created, we'll go through a series of writing prompts aimed at enhancing our self-esteem, gaining clarity for our future, and writing down our affirmations for self-fulfilling prophecies.

A Final Word & Blessing Before Heading To The Spa Lounge

Info: This is when we'll review all that we learned and processed, while also mixing and mingling with anyone we'd like to speak with in class before saying goodbye. You might be able to exchange information or not, but we'll practice a meditation to seal the class, and leave on a positive note.
