And one distillery that shows elegance in all their expressions is Kaiyo. Now is that because they use Mizunara Oak more than any other distillery? Is it their practice of aging their whiskies for up to 3 months on an oceanic journey? Or what about their use of multiple barrels in their wide range of offerings?
