About this Event
Join us for a Bridge to Belonging community event! These gatherings give adults with disabilities a chance to connect, explore, and share new experiences. Each event is unique, but they're all about friendship, inclusion, and fun.
Japanese Garden Stroll is a peaceful and enriching opportunity to enjoy nature and connect with others in a serene and beautiful setting. We’ll take a relaxed walk through the Earl Burns Miller Japanese Garden, taking in the calming landscapes, koi ponds, and quiet beauty of this hidden gem. There will be plenty of time for conversation and shared moments in nature.
Please arrive by 11:20 AM at the Earl Burns Miller Japanese Garden, located on the campus of California State University Long Beach on Determination Drive (between Beach Drive and Atherton, just east of Bellflower Blvd.).
The closest parking is in Lot G4, directly across from the Garden's entrance. Parking is $6 for 1 hour. For more information, visit: CSULB Garden Directions and Parking
A designated leader, wearing a Bridge to Belonging t-shirt, will be attending the event to assist with any questions or guidance throughout the day. Be sure to RSVP so we can keep an eye out for you!
