- Chicken and ajitama cold noodle specialty bowl + light dressing
- Fresh & yummy traditional Wakayama veggie nimono w/ koyadofu
- Tsukemono Japanese pickles w/ myoga (baby ginger buds)
- Shiratama dango dessert (mochi, azuki bean, fruit & more!)

Cooks' Bios: Kimiko Suzuki is a multi-talented Vancouver cooking instructor and specialty moss artist; she has taught cooking classes for UBC Farm, Nourish, and Cook Culture, as well as many wonderful classes for us at Japanese Canadian Heritage Cooking class program; her sister, Ikuko, lives in Japan and is visiting Vancouver on holiday—the two sisters both have three sons and spend a lot of kitchen time talking about food and enjoying cooking together!
