About this Event

Dear everyone, who interested in Japanese sake, food, and culture!

We are here to introduce you a limited number of premium sake for 1,000 people, including several varieties of sake that have not yet landed in New York or even in the United States! Enjoy a variety of sake that you may not encounter usually, such as Douglas MacArthur's favorite sake and special cask-finished aged sake, along with Japanese cuisine. Moreover, PHOTO SPOT are available for you to feel Japanese culture.

We are delighted to offer you an exceptional experience at our very first tasting event.

We will prepare you Premium Sake brand from 7 Japanese Sake Breweries, more than 10 brands! Enjoy a tasting experience that you have ever never experienced at New York.

We have prepared KIMONO that you could try on, and “KABUTO” same as Shoei Otani has been used in his HR performance. We will provide photo data for those who will post the photo on Instagram. Give a surprise to your friends with the extraordinary.


●KIMONO fashion show
Drinking sake while watching the kimono fashion show, a representative of Japanese culture, will instantly transport you to Japan.


●Mochi(rice cake) pounding event (On sale for fresh Mochi)
In Japan, There is a custom called “otsukimi” (moon viewing) in which rice cakes are eaten in thanksgiving to the god of agriculture through September to November.

Through this October event, we will sale the fresh Mochi with premium seaweed, which called “ISOBE-YAKI” in Japanese.

About Fibonacci Inc.
Fibonacci Inc. was founded in 2017 to support small local businesses in Japan.

We planned this event with the hope that more people in the U.S. would become more familiar with Japanese sake, food, and culture, which have yet to reach only a few people in the U.S. Japan is a small country, but it has built a unique culture that it can boast to the world. We would like to introduce Japanese culture to the people of New York, we believe from here we could spread Japan to rest of the world.

Admission to the event
We will check your ID upon entry.

Guests 21 years of age or older will be given a wristband at the registration desk and must wear the wristband while attending the event.

Alcoholic beverages will be served only to those wearing wristbands.
